Feeling unproductive and stuck? Write a five year goal. Avoid endless “urgent” tasks focused on tomorrow. Write to-do lists focused on the 5 year goal. Delegate what is not ciritcal to the 5 year goal. Create one simple ritual that will renew your energy – a walk around the block at lunchtime, a tea break in an area other than your office, a conversation with someone you don’t know well.
